How to grill chicken?
I'm not very good to grill for cooking meat. I always burn and never understand how to cook without burning. I had an electric cooker and grill with heat setting 1-6. There are three places to place rack drawer. If you marinate the chicken overnight with the ingredients and I wanted to cook chicken next, then how should I do? Should I keep the chicken pieces into the slot of the lower support layer and parameters of the heat he was saying. A 6 is like Red Hot, but 3 or 4 of its no wonder the red, if 3 or 4 is enough to cook does not advance to be red hot .. How long should I cook? Should I include a foil under the bar?
I would put the 3 and a half for a slow cook (or even 4, but see the good) that does not burn the chicken marinade. To While a marinade that I use on my electric grill consists of a little canola oil, garlic, honey and lime and cilantro (I occasionally throw a little onion powder and / or green onions), add salt or chicken Boullion powder to taste. I mix everything and let marinate for a few hours and brush, even when their grill … Never burns! A great secret! Turn Turn Turn …. the more you continue spinning the best and the final product will be. I do not use aluminum foil, which tends to cook faster or is it just seems to stick to remove the juice of the delicious food, I wish you good luck and a happy stomach!
